Great Sex – A Simple Yet Effective Strategy to Slow Down Aging

Not surprisingly, having great sex works better than any beauty care product you can find in order to look younger.

According to Dr. Week, a clinical psychologist, who submitted a paper on the health benefits of sex during old age, summarized that great sex as well as an active lifestyle has been known to slow down aging.

But that’s not all – having sex regularly can not only lower risk of depression and heart. And he isn’t the only doctor who believes this to be true!

In fact, another study conducted by researchers from the Wilkes University of Pennsylvania found that people who had sex twice a week had stronger immune systems.

Also, a study published in the British Journal of Urology reported that men who ejaculated at least five times a week reduced their risk of prostate cancer by a third.

Further, Beverly Whipple, the inventor of the G-spot, supports this study in saying that even though the conversation has largely been negative, the benefits of sex are unmistakable.

Of course, for those who do not have partners, masturbation works just as well. It must also be said that intimacy in the form of cuddling, holding hands and kissing are just as beneficial to health just as sex is. The reason for this is because any of these activities releases the hormone oxytocin – a feel-good chemical.

Yet there’s one myth that people must ignore: your sex drive declines as you age. Instead, it should be seen as an age of enhanced sexuality when you know what you want and can communicate it easily too.

After that, looking younger will be a benefit that will come naturally as a part of the process.
